Welcome! My wine blog will let you know a little about me and more about wine.  I hope you will enjoy reading about wines from around the world. My interviews with winemakers, winery owners and others, wine reviews, articles about my travels, food and wine pairings, and more are meant to be an insightful and hopefully, entertaining way to help guide you towards your next wine purchase.

Take time to explore all that Grape Experiences has to offer.  Easy to navigate, you can find under the appropriate tabs, Wine Reviews, information about Regional Wines, Events and Travel tips and information (check out some of articles about my press trip to Spain), and interesting profiles of many Wine Connoisseurs, such as Anthony Scotto III, Michael Richmond, and David Adelsheim. Don’t forget to use the drop down menu for plenty of Recipes that will pair with my suggested wines or those you may already have.

If you are a distributor, representative from a winery, publicist or other wine lover in the business who would like to send me samples, please email me.  I will be happy to share my policy, address to which the samples should be sent, and any other information you may need.

All wine lovers are encouraged to contact me for more information about the following services I provide:

A firm believer in life long learning, I have completed the Wine and Spirit Education Trust Level 3 class and have passed the exam allowing me to hold the WSET Level 3 Advanced Certificate with Merit.  Recently I was listed as one of Exel Wines’ Top 100 Most Influential Wine Bloggers of 2015.  I’m honored and humbled to be included in this group of incredible writers.

Remember to add your name to the Grape Experiences mailing list for subscriber only newsletters.  But here’s the bottom line: have fun with this as much as I am – it’s all about wine!

Cheers! ~ Cindy Rynning

    Hi Cindy,

Found the adjective I couldn’t remember when we spoke on Saturday. It is “minerality!” Not a word I’d heard used before in wine reviews but I love it. You probably did use that word when we talked because I have vague memories of me asking you to describe its meaning. Good golly…I really have a memory, don’t I? Anyway, always love the reviews and now I’m thinking about that sparkling rose! Have great rest of the week and a wonderful holiday weekend.
