This week I found out some amazing news: I’m a finalist in the Millésima Blog Awards 2018 contest. The article I wrote, Fascinating Smith-Madrone: The People, The Place, the Wines, is honored as one of three contenders in the Wine Travel Award – United States category. Needless to say, I’m thrilled to be a finalist…but I need your vote to win the Grand Prize, a trip to Bordeaux in early April.
Bordeaux! I’ve never visited and would love to have this opportunity!
- Log in to your Facebook account. If you don’t have an account, find your son, daughter, other family member, or co-worker and they can use theirs!!
- Click here for the link to voting. It should direct you to the Wine Travel Award – US category on Facebook.
- Find “Cindy Rynning” or “Grape Experiences” and check the box next to my site’s logo.
- Press “Vote” (this is very important).
- Return to the home page and vote for your choices in the “Wine and Food Pairing” and “Wine Reporter” categories for both United States and Europe.
The Millésima Blog Awards competition is tough and made even more so because two of my colleagues are in the finals, too. Mark Hinton of Enobytes wrote “Winesong: America’s Best Charity Wine Event” and Kelly Mitchell of The Wine Siren wrote “Bierzo, Spain: the Wine World’s Best Kept Secret”. I’m honored to be a finalist with Mark and Kelly.
